aequitate® hosts executive seminar on "Debt and Equity" - aequitate®

aequitate® in partnership with Vieira de Almeida & Associados and Cushman & Wakefield hosted an executive seminar on April 28 on the subject “Debt & Equity: Outlook for 2011 in the Hospitality & Tourism Industry”.

This seminar was held in a closed session and participation was limited to 30 financial institutions experts involved in financing the activities of companies in the hospitality and tourism sector.

It was the first of a series of executive seminars that aequitate® intends to pursue during the year 2011, together with various parties related or involved in the sector.

aequitate® and its partners are pleased with the positive reception this initiative obtained. It took place with an intense and extended debate, which strengthens our belief that this issue has become and will continue to be “the order of the day” for the financial institutions in Portugal whose top priority is to support and develop tourism.

aequitate® has planned to hold a new session, date yet to be announced, directed not only at major leading companies with business and tourism projects under development in the country but also fund management companies and venture capital holdings, that detain and foresee the possibility of their portfolio holding hospitality and tourism "assets".
